People sell property for all kinds of reasons and the first thing Nick does when he meets a vendor is to ask questions. He likes to understand their motivation for selling and what they want to achieve before crafting a tailored approach that delivers. In the Mosman, Neutral Bay, Cremorne area, a lot of vendors’ money is tied up in real estate and Nick doesn’t underestimate the importance of a successful sale for them and their families now and into the future.

Nick has four brothers and one of them inspired his foray into real estate. Communicating with all kinds of people, being out on the road, the thrill of a sale, Nick loves all of it. His biggest win was a sub-penthouse in Milson’s Point, which a client bought for $3.8 million off market and sold 3 year later for $5.8 million. The same client asked Nick and his team to sell her next property too – a Paddington terrace on Glenmore Road she’d bought for $2.8 million and sold for $4.325 million nearly two years later.

Nick tempers the excitement of chasing a sale with work that helps those in need. He’s done everything from help train teams competing in the Special Olympics to running a clothing drive for people who lost their homes in the 2018 Tathra fires. He’s distributed hygiene packs to the city’s homeless, and raised $145,000 for a friend when an accident left him disabled. “It’s a massive part of my life; it’s important to me,” says Nick. “I think if you’re in a position to help someone, you should.”
