There’s more to Brad than meets the eye. He may be a top-performing real estate agent now, but he was once an aerobatic pilot doing loops, rolls and spins at speed. Brad is someone who knows what he wants and has the smarts to achieve it. When he had reached the top of the aviation game in Western Australia, he was up for a new challenge; real estate piqued his interest. A decade on and well established in Sydney, Brad is considered an expert in the North Shore property market, with multiple suburb records achieved.
Brad prides himself on his attention to detail, but he’s also known for his ability to negotiate the highest possible sales price for his clients. Every property deal is different, he says. “No strategy is the same because you’re dealing with people and a whole new set of emotions. You need to be sharp and strategic with every deal you do; that’s what I love about it.”
When he first meets with clients, Brad asks a lot of questions to figure out where they are, where they want to get to, and how he can help with that process. “Once you’re invited into someone’s home and they can see you care and that you have what it takes to help them get from A to B, they trust you to sell their biggest asset for them – they know they’re in good hands.”
