This high-performing agent may be humble, but he’s also completely committed to getting the job done. He takes a proactive, team approach to real estate sales, developing a tailored strategy for each property. Perhaps that’s the secret sauce of his success – he’s sold every property he’s ever listed on the market.
Anthony’s country upbringing in Warren, NSW, no doubt has much to do with the reason clients find him so approachable and easy to deal with. From high school, he was selected to play professional Rugby League, which he did while studying sports science at university. When injury led him to leave the sporting field for a career in real estate, he traded one love for another and applied the skills he learned playing sport – discipline, hard work, teamwork and an unwavering commitment to the job at hand – to the highly competitive business he’s now in.
“To me it’s all about the people; I love connecting with people and getting to know them so I can understand what’s important to them on their journey,” says Anthony. “Everyone has different goals and is at different stages of life. I aim to collaborate with my clients to create the best possible strategy to help them move forward.”
Delivering on what he says he’s going to do for clients is his primary aim. “I want everyone that I interact with to feel like they were treated fairly and respectfully, but also to create the best experience possible for them to ensure they become a client for life.”
So far so good. In the past 12 months, 60% of Anthony’s business was referral based, and he has a string of record sales to his name.
